1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange a product if:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The return request is made within 1 day from the date of delivery.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and has all original tags and accessories.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Perishable goods such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, or frozen products.

Items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition.

Products bought during clearance or final sale events.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence (if applicable).

Our team will verify the request and provide further instructions.

The item will be picked up by our delivery partner or you may be required to ship it to our return center.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and received, we will process the refund:

For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or transferred via UPI/bank transfer.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect item and prefer an exchange:

Contact us within 1 day of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If the same product is unavailable, we will offer a similar alternative or a refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

If your order has been shipped, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return as per the policy.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3 business days.
